Used material, terrible seating
I live David Spade and every bit he had that was fresh was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately not much of the routine was fresh. If you’re a fan you’ve heard most of the bits before whether in his autobiography or various interviews, etc. Still, though, the guy is a genius! The venue was awful. It was a hotel ballroom with terrible hotel chairs linked together so you couldn’t move. So uncomfortable! Also they can’t shut the ballroom doors for safety reasons (I get they) but it means you hear everything going on in the lobby the entire time. All this being said, I’ll always go to a Spade show if I can!
